With over 17 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, Randy frequently travels around the world for public speaking seminars. His vast knowledge is specialized in the luxury market, but Randy has seen and developed innovative processes for building successful teams and selling real estate for homes of all sizes and price points. One of his earliest achievements was in 1998 when he sold 95 houses for Pulte Homes in just eight and a half months in a community in North Las Vegas that was adjacent to a pig farm. Fast forward to today with Randy currently acting as Senior VP of Operation for the luxury high rise towers of One Queensridge Place and currently on track to produce more than $100 million in sales for 2013.
