This past week was filled with excitement and one-of-a-kind experiences. From tasting an extremely-rare and ultra-premium scotch to celebrating the success of good friends and colleagues at the YPN 40 under 40, these most recent memories will likely linger for some time to come.
Piaget at Encore
Kicking off the week was a fantastic event hosted by and held at Piaget at Encore. The renowned luxury timepiece maker put on a fantastic gathering that was highlighted by the appearance of Kristen Schaefer with Pernod Ricard – or perhaps it was what she brought with her to share with event goers that made her presence such a hit. Schaefer was accompanied by Royal Saulte’s “62 Gun Salute” – a 41-year aged scotch with an inventory of only 15 known bottles in Las Vegas. Attendees included Phil Malloof, Adam Vesely, Bernard Barbilla and even Steve Wynn.
To kick off the weekend, I was asked to appear on KSNV to do an interview as part of a Vegas Inc. “Minding Your Business” segment spotlighting the magnificent year that we’ve had at One Queensridge Place, and the impact that it has had on the resurging real estate market in Las Vegas. Needless to say it was an honor to be invited, and I was very excited to share the successes of my team for the great achievements that we have accomplished together for the property that we’re all so very passionate about!
YPN 40 Under 40
I finished off the week’s events with a wonderful night at the YPN 40 Under 40 event. I was very happy to see a lot of friends that have put in a solid year of hard work and dedication get recognized for their efforts. Congratulations to Dave Tina, Jr., Vandana Chima and Sandy Van! You are all very deserving of the nod, and I found it especially rewarding to witness your successes that evening.
